Jeremy Stover

Jeremy has spent twenty years in coaching and corporate talent development: a decade running an independent coaching practice for leaders at large technology, consulting, and consumer companies, then a decade inside technology companies building learning, leadership, and performance systems. He built one L&D function from zero through 3x headcount growth, ran leadership and coaching programs for hundreds of managers at a large professional network, and most recently led talent development at a 1,600-person software company, where he started the AI-enablement work this practice grew out of: sanctioned tools, a builder community, and leadership teams prototyping their own workflows, with no mandate and no budget line. He has been faculty at a global coach-training institute since 2007 and now builds AI agents daily to run his own practice.

Where he draws the line: AI reads the population, a human judges the person. AI prepares the manager; it doesn't replace the preparation.
