You can Build It.

Building is how freed capacity becomes capability. Want to get your team building with AI? Prototype and test ideas quickly, go from single super-users to shared apps and automations, and make sure what's built is secure and can scale. We do it with you, in the room.

  • Start with a real problem, not a tool.
  • Prototype in days. Test with real users. Keep what works.
  • Build in a way IT and Legal can say yes to.

What we offer

Three offerings, three different problems.

Each one answers a different need. Start with the one that matches yours, or combine them. All of them are built around your tools, your team, and your priorities.

Outcomes

What HR teams build

A few of the projects People teams take from idea to working tool. See the full list in the builder mindset guide.

  • A policy and benefits assistant grounded in your own handbook.
  • Job descriptions drafted against your leveling and competency model.
  • Interview question banks tied to competencies, with a bias check built in.
  • Engagement survey comment analysis: themes and quotes, not just scores.
  • Exit interview synthesis that leaders actually read.
  • Role-specific onboarding checklists and first-week assistants.
  • HRBP case notes that summarize themselves.
  • Recruiting and headcount reporting that updates without a spreadsheet marathon.

FAQ

Questions about Build It

What do you build with?

Whatever fits your environment: the AI assistants and agent builders inside Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, ChatGPT or Claude projects, low-code automation tools, and, when it is warranted, custom apps. We choose the simplest thing that can work and that your IT team will support.

Is it secure?

Security is part of the process, not an afterthought. We agree on data boundaries before anything is built, use the tools your organization has already approved wherever possible, and involve IT and Legal early rather than at the end.

Who owns what gets built?

You do. Everything built in a Build Shop or a consulting engagement belongs to your organization, with documentation your team can maintain.

What if we don't have technical support internally?

That is common. Build Shops are designed for HR teams without engineers. For anything that needs to run in production, consulting support covers the technical work while your team keeps ownership of the problem and the outcome.
