You can Learn It.

Fluency is the first layer of readiness, and where the adoption gap starts to close. Want your team to master the fundamentals, become AI fluent, and share a common language and tool set? We'll get there together: hands-on, on your tools, and on your real work.

  • Classes designed around your tools, for a range of skill sets.
  • Comfortable, interactive, and custom for you.
  • Learn together, wherever your team is: in the room, remote, or inside your LMS.

What we offer

Three offerings, three different problems.

FAQ

Questions about Learn It

Do we need to be technical?

No. These classes are built for HR professionals, not engineers. If your team can write a clear email, they can learn to brief an AI tool well. We start with the fundamentals and build from there.

Which AI tools do you teach on?

The ones you already have. That is usually Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude, plus the AI features inside your HRIS, ATS, and LMS. Classes are built around your tool set so the skills transfer on Monday morning.

Can the on-demand content live in our LMS?

Yes. On-demand modules can be delivered inside your LMS or through our platform, branded for your organization. See the AI Fluency demo for the course structure.

How big can a class be?

Workshops work well from 6 to 30 people. Class series are best with 8 to 20 so everyone gets hands-on time. On-demand content scales to the whole team.

How quickly will we see a difference?

Most teams notice it in the first session: people stop treating AI as a search box and start briefing it like a capable colleague. Over a class series, the change shows up in the work itself: faster drafts, better questions, and fewer mistakes making it out the door.
